# FS: House across from Kissing Bridge

I know it is a long shot but my father is selling his ski chalet so I thought I would post it.

The kitchen and bath are old but the steel roof is only a few years old and the chimney has been rebuilt up top. Both big $$$$
The ceiling consists of large timbers and t and g pine.
The wood stove in the basement throws a TON of heat.
The deck is HUUUUUGE and wraps around the house.
It is a fun house for entertaining.(Large outdoor hot tub under snow covered Hemlocks for apres ski parties.:eekdance:)
The basement has an overhead door which is good enough for storing smaller cars. Many Porsches and BMWs(3 series) have been stored there.🙂
I should say that just the fireplace, roof, timber style frame, deck and foundation would cost way more than the asking price.
What I am saying is a little updating would make this place baller.:pimp:

It is neat, I lived there for tens years and there were some fun times.
It was full of IKEA furniture but most of it is gone.

I don’t think that is possible.😛
I can say there were some events at this house that would not fit the Christian right beliefs.
