Will the siding be a sellers concession, or will the buyer be required to preform that repair? ---

Wayne i would ask the realtor, or i’ll ask my dad tomorow at work i believe it would only “fail” inspection if everything was not up to code, i don’t think siding matters i may be wrong ---

Siding wouldn’t matter as far as a sale goes. Inspector would definitely mention it, especially if it caused water damage (and possibly fail for this) but wouldn’t fail on basis of missing siding alone. ---

doesnt cause anywater damage. the only thing i think it would fail for would be the skylight, which im going to look at when it stops raining. ---

skylights always leak first, when was the roof last replaced? if it was fairly recent it needs new flashing or some shit ---

roof was replaced about 5 years ago, skylight is only a year old. ---

why do you bump this every day? I thought you’re supposed to wait like a week or something as per rules. I was just going to say this. I understand that you want and need to sell it, but please read the FAQ (just search FAQ) or the sticky at the top of this forum. Excessive bumping will result in the closure of the thread and an infraction. ---
