I can never figure you out. You’ll buy a 100k Vette, but won’t pick up a $200 digital camera that would greatly help you sell a $170k house. At least this time you’re getting an agent who will no doubt take pictures for the listing she makes, but twice before when you tried to sell it yourself you never took pictures either. Most people won’t buy a $20 TV without a picture of it, so what chance do you have on a 170k house with one blurry arial photo? ---

The price is so low I just don’t understand how this hasn’t sold in the 3 times he’s listed it. You get more and more suspicous each time it’s listed and doesn’t sell, especially without pics. ---

yeah 170K for just under 3000 sq ft is cheap even if it has a unfinished interior Too bad its on GI ---

What’s wrong with the island? Pick up a commuter ez-pass and it’s really cheap to use the bridge. 5-6 times a year you might be a little late for work if there is an accident on the bridge but they’re pretty good about clearing those quickly. Plus you always have the option of the other bridge and driving around the island. When we were shopping I found prices on GI to be pretty close to Amherst. ---

Its fine for somepeople, I just would find it a major PITA trying to go on and off the island for basically everything I need besides groceries and gas. ---

GI isn’t as bad or incovenient as most think. EZ Pass for residents is only $0.09 Cents to cross. I used to think the same thing, but now that i have lived here for 5 years, i love it. i prefer it non-congested with department stores and such. keeps the riff raff away, and no one ever “pops in” or bothers you because god forbid they have to go “all the way to the island” and pay the toll. ---
