This a pretty cheap/decent bench overall but I don’t want to move it to NC with me.
You could use it with a smith machine as I did or as a stand-one. I paid ~$160 including shipping and whatnot when I bought this \<6 months ago.
Asking $60 or best offer; picked up at my parent’s place in lockport.
Btw this **does not** include any iron.

Perfect for anyone who wants to “say they are going to buy this because they want to start to get in better shape” but just have it sit there and collect dust.
