ok its a little beat up in the top corner. and there is a small crack in only the glass… you can hardly notice it, i bought it on here for 275. will sell for $250. comes with a hard plastic case,box,and a data cable along with a charging dock. you can call or text me at 716-464-8110  
PS: it is unlocked and jailbroken
