Oh No Problem at all i sale my self on Howard look every time you pay for something less you how to think why ? 1st of all most of the phone’s sold on Howard are locked. 2nd of all if there unlocked they are Rogers branded and have been unlocked. there 5 type of Motorola v3 razor’s. Some of the devices will not have Motorola Mobile Phone Tool and data cables . Look at what you buy before you say anything about my price. i know its priced right i have sold 10 units. 5 on Howard my self . Rogers is Sales this phone for $650CND with no contract Plus it will be Locked Plus its Branded to Rogers. ---
