came in my jdm from japan.  
pretty good condition.  
either 330 or 350 mm. not too sure.  
comes with the centre horn and trim pieces.  
no hub.

online i found them priced for 300 ish new.

looks identical to this, but the leather is worn a little bit in some areas.
