kazuma- Don has confirmed that these will work on a HICAS S13. Here is the exact email "Hello, Will the S13 Moog tie rods work with the HICAS equipped S13’s? front ones yes. I run these on my race car that has the Hicas front rack still in it Mike. don" ---
