# FS Police package Crown Vic $750 PICS ADDED

I have decided I have put enough money into this car and am going to get something different
1998 P71 Crown Vic, 127k miles, white
The good-
Runs, drives, stops, fresh NYS inspection
The bad-
rusty, needs front tires and an alignment badly, Check engine light came on recently and has a slight hesitation under load (I havent scanned the code but probably a coil pack)
I have owned the car for 18 months and have put about 17k on it
Since I have owned it I have replaced the brakes all the way around, rotors, pads, calipers, parking brake ect
I put a set of low mileage cats on it, replaced 2 coil packs and 2 months ago it got a new gas tank/evap system and tank straps to the tune of $700
The windshield was replaced about 3 months ago
I have all reciepts
It has a May 09 inspection on it, the car is pretty rusty, the drivers front fender lip is rusted out , both rockers are essentially shot and it has rust over the rear wheel wells, the frame and floors are solid
The interior is in decent shape no major problems
It has snows on the rear I bought new last fall
Overall with front tires it can be driven and with some minor work will serve someone for a long time to come
It gets aprox 18mpg city and about 24mpg highway
asking $750 firm for it

I have a set of white front fenders that aren’t rusted through, and pretty much any other part for this car you would need if you or anyone else are interested. I also have a full black regular interior in mint condition. Whats the code and why does it need an alignment? Maybe I’ll pick this up.

I havent scanned the code, I took it off the road and put my Caprice back on the road
It is 100% driveable though
It needs an alignment because I drive over a bunch of shitty country roads going to work
I have had the front end checked out and was told it dosent need anything replaced
The interior in the car is blue cloth in the front and blue vinyl in the rear, seats are in good shape, I am a non smoker so no issues there…
I am off tomorrow and Weds if anyone wants to check it out
