lower taxes then murrysville/monroeville still 1 mile away(3 from turnpike)
2 car garage/extra wide cement driveway(3 wide)
enclosed sunporch with attached patio deck
vaulted ceilings in living room/master bedroom/bath
huge basement approx 1810sqft with half bath
laundry on first floor

Is the Pittsburgh market actually going up that good? That price would fit in out here in the overpriced Philly outskirts market. Sounds like a nice place though.

pittsburgh itself is dead-nothing left-insane taxes in alleghany
the burbs are tough because
a= you cant get alot of land unless you live in the country(more than 2 acres)
b= your yard goes straight up a hill or over a cliff
