Yeah, you were issued a ‘rebuilt’ salvage title. a ‘rebuilt’ salvage title has all the same freedoms to transfer as a regular, clean title. If you have a salvage title that has not been inspected and considered ‘rebuilt’ by the state then you can not xfer or reg the title. You just agreed with us, moron. ---

This means it has been inspected and is in fact road worthy. Not that it will ever see the road again. You brought up the new scenario 😛 ---
