4 adjustments for dampening and rebound(together) and height adjustable,inverted design,\<2000 miles,no problems. Setting #1 is wrx and #4 is stiffer than JDM sti pinks.Include spanner wrenches and adjustment screwdrivers.Vast improvement over stock sti suspension.Email address for pics.Located in Long Island,NY.
