Its the Samsung SCH-a890, works perfect, has a few scratches on the case. Comes with the original box, car charger, house charger, leather case (slightly worn) $25

The battery life is a bit low but still goes all day w/o a charge, but they are only 5 bucks on ebay or something like that.
