# FS: Volkswagen 337 GTI

Selling this for a friend. It is a 2002 GTI 337 Edition.
The 337 editions were developed to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the GTI in Germany. 337 comes from the original model name for the GTI ‘EA337’. Only 1500 of these cars were ever brought into North America, they originally were not being brought here until loud mouths at VWVortex got up in arms about it.
The car itself has just under 58k miles. They are lowered from the factory (sport suspension), have the same bodykit as the 20th anniversary, Recaro interior OEM, and come OEM with 18-inch BBS RC wheels in shot-peened finish. My friend is the second owner of the car, it is from Florida and was purchased there this past May. It has never been driven in snow, and has been garaged since October. It comes with Goodyear Eagle F1’s, tread wear is about 50%. It also a Pioneer headunit with Pioneer replacement speakers installed with a sub, amp, and a hardwired radar detector. Other than that the car is a virgin. It has not been modified for performance in anyway.

1.8T, and yes bone stock. Only thing touched was the radio and the speakers were replaced, the OEM grilles are in though.
