Getting rid of the xbox360 - It has the red ring of death. I had it repaired last year (cost me like $20). I’m sure its the same problem.  
It comes with one controller and the hard drive - it’s also unlocked so you can play your legal back up copies. PM if you are interested. I can toss in a couple of games too

I’m located in Mississauga near square one.
