well, I’m just saying that the deal seems in some ways to good to be true.

Then you admit to a less then 100% honest advertisement

Add to that it seems like you may have to just take your word for the fact that your going to pay the mortgage for 1 yr

… I mean come on, you can see how i _might_ make people who only know you through posts on the internet think twice. just pointing it out for whatever its worth
