what is the factory fuel pressure on an sr20det blacktop and how much should i bump it up after putting 740cc injectors. my ecu is also tuned for 740cc would the tune do anything or should i up the pressure also

i think the stock pressure is 36 psi

I believe it is 4bar static.

You should not change it just because you have larger injectors unless your rom tune fuel mapping was leaned out to compensate for the higher pressure.
