I Own a 96 integra i turm the switch and the fuel pump doesnt turn on what can it be?? All fuses are good ---

Lol, really? If you really think the fuel pump is fine I suppose you can see if there’s power getting to the pump. The wires should be under the back seat inside the car, but I’m going to go with… replace the pump. ---

Your battery is dead. Start by replacing that. If that doesn’t work then maybe you need a new ecu. Start by replacing those, and if that doesn’t work then try troubleshooting the fuel pump. ---

Shouldnt i check the fuel pump and relay before putting a new ecu,i have a new battery so i wouldnt think it would be that ---

Lol. That was his point. Make sure the pump is getting power, then replace it. ---

To update u guys on my car its was the wires to the fuel pump relay.the person who use to own this car had a mess of wired under the dash and im guessing it also had an alarm, i cleaned everything up and riped all those wires out and fixed the problem thank you! I also fix the valve cover gasket so no more oil getting into the plugs ---

You think or you know it was the wires? Main relays are often intermittant due to the solder contacts going to crap over time. If for some reason it doesn’t start in the future, pop the main relay out and toss that sucker in the freezer for 20 minutes and give it another shot. If it then starts, pop the relay out agian and add some solder to all the pads on the board because the relay is capable of working fine. ---
