I am changing my fuel pump from my 180 parts car to my 240 to feed my SR swap. I decided to change the whole assembly instead of just the pump. They both have the same 4 wire harness but the 180 assembly has 2 extra red wires. Anyone know what they are for? ---

if your changing the whole assembly it should still have the plug attached to it, plug it in and see if it works \>? ---

Someone has spliced the one I wanna put put in my car. I was thinking about just switching the plug onto the one I am putting in but there is 2 extra red wires. ---
