Wow, unless that kid was wanted for murder that was a really stupid way to put a bunch of people at risk. There’s no vehicle infraction serious enough to chase someone that hard through a residential area. ---

It seemed to me that the cop was carrying a lot more speed into the turns than the guys he was chasing. I think part of the reason he was pulling away had to do with the cop trying to maintain at least some sort of safe distance in the event that he wrecked so he had enough space to evade or stop.
