I did that this year with my Subaru. I saw it from the window and sprinted outside in my socks, hopped in and stopped it 2 feet from the road. I don’t function well in the morning. ---

Agreed. I’ve taken my dog with me when I went grocery shopping plenty of times as long as the temperature allows or the sun was down. She gets a ride out of the deal instead of just being bored at home, and I get a co-pilot for the trip. Win-win. ---

In the warm weather, he never stays in the car. Otherwise, yeah, he goes on errands with me, as long as the in-car-alone time is less than 15 minutes. ---

Crates have their place and use believe it or not. I didn’t have a problem with the dog in the car, it’s the fact that the dude brought his dog to sit in the car for 3 hours while at a hockey game. Why bother? All he did was cause people to call security. ---
