If someone can sue McDonalds for self-spillage of _unexpectedly_ HOT coffee, then I am sure there will be one for Nintendo’s lawyers…

Hey, there was an actual legal basis for the McD’s lawsuit. Thin and retarded, but it was there.

Between that, and the requirement of physical exersion. Dunno makes it look kind of shaky as far as the US market goes. But until then I’ll just keep enjoying it. 🙂

the console or maybe just wii sports reminds you to take a break every once in awhile, I played it for around 3 hours the other day and I was not hurting at all…
