I bought a GTech Pro RR and the hookup for the cable in a Db 9 female for the computer. My computer in a DB15 female. Does anyone know of a connector for this.

db15 female is a parallel port. You probably don’t have a serial port. Serial to USB convert is what you need.

No, you need this:

If you don’t have a 9-pin male serial port on your computer, you must use this.
