I’m way out of my element here but I think SEC regulations supersede their terms. Edit: as I understand the issue is RH blocking GME and others. The speculation is that they simply ran out of cash. It’s pretty wild ---

If you have stock through Robinhood and you no longer want to use Robinhood, can you transfer your stocks to another broker without having to cash out of Robinhood? Based on what you said about selling all of it off, I’m guessing you can’t and you have to sell everything. ---
