Just curious to see all the different gauge pod set ups out there. Post your favorite or the ones you hate.

Lets see them.

Gonad, do you have a guide on your site for those gauges? They look nice.
I also don’t like pillar pod gauges, too noticeable, the 515 vent ones and deck ones are the perfect combination imo.

If I had something on my site you would have seen it.

I haven’t put it on my site but I did hack together a page with several
pictures of my progress:

thats where i have my guages now, and its really not that visible, you have to completely take your eyes off the road.
having the guages up higher is a lot more convenient.

haha we could go on all day.
having your gauges up higher attracts po-po.
I tried to stay away from the pillar and dash.
Common, is it really that hard to look down by the deck, we all do it all the time to change the station or song on the stereo.

Shift\_krunk–that looks like a nice design. I hope to see the finished product.

Regarding the 5one5 gauge pod, we designed it that way to ensure the gauges are ergonomically within the driver’s line-of-sight. The gauges are actually low enough that it doesn’t attract too much attention and in fact, it looks almost OEM.

Everyone has different tastes, but our designs are more for function than bling. As with our gauge pods, our reverse vented hoods and other items are functional–although, subjectively, I think they still look trick. 😉
