hello everyone. I have to sell my f150. i had an accident monday night and slid off an icy road into a telephone pole. My luck they turned my insurance off not even a week earlier and i hadnt got it turnrd back on yet. so i need to sell this for what i can asap. Dark Dhadow grey fx4 supercab. noone is gonna even be interested with out pics… and a starting price would be decent also. ill start the bidding off at 200 bucs.

thanks for the help
the frame and mechanicals are good except for susp and brakes? dont know for sure im gonna start tearing into it tomorrow to find out. im gonna start high at $11k. so far im estimating approx 3500 worth of parts to fix it. like i said im not really sure yet though

what do you mean they turned off your insurance? you didn’t pay the bill? if so you have 30 days to pay, and they’ll have to cover it

so its financed but not insured, is it hidden from the repo man? You paying for the pole out of pocket? That doesn’t look like a pole hit to me

yea i definately hit a pole. and yea i gotta pay for it outta my own pocket.
seeing as how the truck books as high as it does. if you bought it at that price and put parts and labor in it would be profitable. thats my thinking.

i work for a bodyshop and dealer…i go to auctions all the time and see this constantly on the red light special…
no way in hell will you get 11 wrecked. Not even at an auction…unless you find someone who knows nothing about value and just has money to blow.
for a truck hit as bad as that…your not gonna get much more than 7/8 if that. Trucks are not seeling right now! At all…

thanks for the info. like i said im just guaging right now. i really have no idea about what i could even get for this heap. ive been price checking and am surprised so far on parts prices. theyre not as much as i thought they would be. knock on wood.
but thats the kind of stuff i needed to find out. thank you.
ha if anyone has any parts for it layin around let me know. i might be interested

never gonna get 11k for the truck wrecked. i run a car dealership and i would pay maybe 4500 for that truck at the auction. i don’t want to offend you but thats what it is worth in that condition
