I’ve been looking into buying an S13 for quite some time and it does occur to me now that certain safetly specs weren’t in effect starting at certain years. After all my googling and reading nissan boards, I still can not tell if a 93 240 has the driver airbag or not. Is it specific to the base or SE trim? ANy help would be great, I know you guys must know this stuff. thnx. ---

if we are talking about canadian 240s, then no airbag in any s13. only from s14 and on… my 93 LE loaded doesnt have airbag. ---

Werd my 93 with every option doesnt have an airbag so im pretty sure that no s13s came with air bags ---

I don’t beleive that any S13’s have had Airbags. Although, the S14’s did. ---

What is availability like of the 97-98 240’s in western Canada like? [http://www.canadatrader.com/result/detailinfo.aspx?adID=1752255](http://www.canadatrader.com/result/detailinfo.aspx?adID=1752255) I spotted this on [canadatrader.com](http://canadatrader.com) and it seems to be relativly inexspensive. Auto all considered…is this about accurate? I’ve personally never seen any of the “kouki” model 240’s in edmonton, only the 94-96’s.
