I don’t see a problem with this. He had a point and he made it. Its not like he ordered them to learn english. ---

eh. tough one. But, everyone knows if that judge was white he probably would have been disbarred. ---

Question is how would this have been viewed if a white judge ordered all the blacks out of the room? EDIT: The above would seem likely. ---

Black judge orders all white folks out of courtroom so he can lecture all the black folks on how they should act. Says he is tired of seeing them in court for committing crimes. ---
