It’s 1,500 arrests in a city of over 8 million people and over 40 million yearly tourists, I dare say it’s not exactly a common thing to be arrested for.

This is why a Communist society makes more sense, cause they just don’t give a fuck; and in many ways they treat everyone more equal and fair than many so called Democrat societies that will go out of their ways to reward illegal activities so they don’t upset those who are breaking the law…:rofl
