Buddy put a few after market parts on his sr20 ( intake mani, Fmic, etc.) and for some reason he cant get it started, it wants to but wont turn over.  
Hes willing to pay anyone money to whoever gets it started.

Gah, so much easier when people just skype…

After dropping it in did he prime it before the first crank? Does he know if the ECU that came with it was remapped? Are the cams at stock position? If he’s running too lean it wont turn over.
