so the lady’s over last night and she tells me she thinks she broke her car. she was on her way to an eye doctor appointment yesterday and she couldnt find the place. her friend spotted it and so she (without thinking) throws it from drive (doing about 10) into reverse. After hearing the grind and realizing wtf, she hammers the brakes and parks it. haha. Reverse gear still works and doesnt whine or grind. Ford Taurus power ftw i guess. ---

lmao i was counting the time to see how long it would take someone to bring that up you guys dont disappoint well theyre no rotora 8 pot’s or whatever, but ide say they are pretty close they come highly reccomended ---

i thought auto’s had a safety feature so you couldnt do that? My buddy put it into reverse in his truck doing like 70 and nothing happened. ---

they wont go into reverse unless the brake is pushed, and im sure it does not need to be pushed at all ---

i remember on my supra and my moms tracker and my pathfinder, i dont need to touch the brake pedal to switch it between gears, just need to click on the safty button on the actual nob ---

but you had to on the 240^lol i think the safety button is for a specific speed so for slow speeds it will engage ---
