Notice all dealers promise the world to get you to buy a car from them, but when you need something, there is always an excuse. As far as loaners, not Chevrolet policy, ( I used to work at Gilloglys, one of the best dealers around IMO. I worked for 4 GM dealers) some dealers will supply one to you, but that is internal policy. Try to get the sales person involved, they might be able to pull some dic… , I mean strings for ya.
