He gave the tech specific numbers. If the numbers are off, who’s fault is it? Customer is always right, right? Not necessarily Suburbans fault. Assuming that’s wha d3x meant to say 😕

Suburban \>\* when it comes to alignment. I have yet to see someone in WNY top these guys, and I’ve been to just about every decent shop in the area, including all the goodyears, firestones, sears, Dunn, and a few non chain places as well. Anyone I’ve told about the place has come back and said “Rick, you were right! These guys are the best.”
