is he on one of those overhead backyard leashes or something?

He is a good looking dog.

yeah, hes on a runner. it was over my head when I put it up, he pulls on it so hard that its below my neck now. so I need to put it higher again, but yes, hes on an over head runner.

I honestly cant wait to take him to my cottage to see how he reacts when he gets to see his mother, also I want to see how he is with the water, and my dog again.
