These laws are fully legal, it’s just the matter of them not being enforced and forgotten.
I actually ran these by a few of my Albany Sheriff friends, and they got a nice chuckle out of them.
Enforcing any of these laws nowdays would create a huge media fuss, and getting rid of them takes time and effort, so they just leave them on the books.
