Its just got neon lights behind the rims.
I think MPD had a set of actual glow in the dark rims.

Rims should either be chrome (not the Genesee & Bailey kind), black, or a dull gold. Anything else makes you look like a fool.

It makes for a few really cool photos, but beyond that it’s REALLY stupid.
Would love to see some rig shots with it, though…I think it would look awesome.

Im not a ricer or beaner but on this forum is it mostly of people with american made cars and expensive luxury cars i noticed that on here they dogg people with hondas and euros??
