I would love to watch a poor salesman trying to explain this one to a prospective Cruze buyer since they’re telling dealers they can keep selling them they just can’t deliver them. “Alright folks, now that we’ve agreed on price there’s just one little detail. You can’t have the car. I’m sure it’s nothing major but GM told us under no circumstances let anyone drive one off the lot. Folks, where are you going? Wait, come back, please. Old Gil’s gotta eat this week”. ---

The Cruze can still be delivered, it is a few Cruzes that had a certain build date. ---
