# GM Volt delay

Wagoner said the company continues “to put massive resources into production as soon as possible.” But he cautioned, “2010 would be great, but (we) can’t guarantee that at this time.”
GM has already started to build advertising campaigns around the Volt, even though in the best-case scenario it is years away from production.
First the Camaro and now this. GM needs to stop the multiple years of build up before a product is launched. Watch the Volt be in a major movie this summer.

Promoting a vehicle that is not going to be avialable for a couple years seems stuiped.
