don’t buy the car tomorrow, if you really want something, post it on nyspeed before you buy it.

research, research, research, this will allow you to talk down the dealer especially on a used car where the mark ups are so high. I would not buy from a local dealer, the import market around here is slim, and the prices are rather high compared to other parts of the US
