Just like the title says I’m going to Atlantic City for 4 days this weekend and wanted to know who has been there and what they recommend. Thanks in advance ---

Jager’s advice pretty much mirrors my own from past experiences in Atlantic City. Also, people run red lights fairly readily there… WATCH OUT. ---

Atlantic City is the biggest pile of shit I’ve ever been to. Saw The Killers at the Borgata about a month ago. Jagers advice is spot on. If you do have to leave the casinos for whatever reason, taxi everywhere you go. The boardwalk during the day isn’t bad, though. ---

borgata is the nicest casino, Mixx nightclub in the borgata is the most popular club right now. The casbah nightclub in the trump taj casino is still good though, find out when they open and go in, get a drink, then leave and get stamped to avoid the $40 cover that they start charging later on. and +1 on taking a cab around if you’re not walking on the boardwalk, not so much that its that bad that you’re going to get stabbed but you’ll be annoyed by homeless asking for money or whores bothering you for a “good time” ---

Borgata! its a cab ride from the strip but the best place to go. AC is a shithole. ---

I went there last summer becuase a friend was in a ultimate fighting match there. It was a good time. Forgot the name of the hotel we stayed at… I can try to look it up but it was right on the beach. I didn’t realize that the city is pretty expensive. Also, if you venture out past where all the attractions are, it gets pretty shitty. I mostly just went for his match and then to play poker for 3 days.
