Flying there first thing monday and have the whole day to mess around… staying near the french quarter at a hotel called W you have 5-6 hours to blow in Nawlins… what do you do? what do you do? ---

Leave your pet beaver at home. I assume you mean a W as in Starwood? Anyway, go to cafe du monde. eat beignets. enjoy life Plenty of stuff to walk around and see from a “cruise around” standpoint while you are there (around CDM). You can take a street car which will allow you to see more sections of the city in the limited time. Walk around, drink beers on the street at 10am. I’m assuming you weren’t talking about at night. ---

either or… i’m solo for about 5-6 hours then with the president of my company the rest of the time but no obligations other than golf (tuesday) and a full day meeting on the wednesday… So i’ll have evenings but i doubt i’ll get into much trouble wiith the preggo wife and son at home. I guess i’d mostly be interested in eateries, historical touristy stuff… street car sounds good actually.
