- according to the VIN, it IS the L98 5.7 in it:

this is a good car for sure. looks like it just needs some loving. if i had the extra cash laying around and didnt need to buy a daily driver this year, i would consider it just for something to bomb around town in with the top down on nice days.

I think you didn’t check hard enough. I only checked again because I knew they didn’t make convertible 3rd gens with 350’s.
8th position digit is the engine code
In this case the 8th digit is F and on that chart F = 305ci, V8 (LB9)[Tuned Port Injection]

Yea, thats not a 350. 350’s got an “8” in the 8th number on the vin.
