it all depends, anywhere from $125 for the basic compound/ wax all the way up to 7 or 800 for a full wetsand and buff.

Dave, those before pics are mint compared to mine haha

also, will the buff and wax and shit be permanent? Like after a few car washes after the fact and a nice wax, will it look the same? All my scratches now wont come back right?

After polishing/buffing the scratches will be gone and the paint will be scratch-free, the wax protects the newly restored paint. Any scratches that appear after the detail will be 100% “new” and will be a result of people leaning on it, a dirty towel, etc.

basically what kramer said. Once the paint is polished, all of the imperfections/oxidation are removed. As long as you use a clean microfiber towel and wax it every once in a while you should be fine for a long time.

ok sweet thats all I wanted to know. I wax it atleast 6 times a year but since its never been detailed it doesnt make much of a difference. I did clay bar it over a year ago but that doesnt do shit for scratches.

I will go over my main concerns with you dave when I drop it off whenever next weekend. If you need me to pay you more for what I want, that wont be a problem.

I dont buy that as I had the whole side of a car painted which included being wet sanded and buffed for under 800 from a reputable body shop
