GN: I fixed a problem at a Membrane plant this morning. BN: I should have been working on my cooling system eval. GN: I’m working on my cooling system eval right now. BN: My cooling system eval is less important than my control system upgrade. GN: My control system upgrade isn’t on my critical goals for 2007. BN: I have to pick between what’s best for me and what’s best for the company, which makes me unsure of what’s best for either and I want to choke HR for having a merit based compensation system that doesn’t align what’s best for the worker with what’s best for the company. GN: I have saltenes and tobasco on my desk. ---
