dumb.

now that all the ‘multi-millionaires’ were afraid to get their huge bonuses, there is even less income taxes collected… so the taxes on the rich are going to need to be significantly higher than now just to break even. idiocy at it’s best… you get paid when people pay income tax… so lessen everyones income why?
