(note the question mark, i’m kind of curious about this) not likely… the car is Acura which = luxury which = ppl have money (at least, enough where the difference between buying 87 and 93 (or 91 west of the mississippi rofl) is insignificant) u can really run 87 in any modern day car, since most all come w/ knock sensors & have a “safety” calibration for shitty gas/knocking(also might be used when towing a vehicle)… but u the car just wont feel right since the comp is dumping mad fuel and/or adding timing… remmeber they have a warranty to honor, which is why OEM’s say to “run this fuel” blah blah, cuz they dont want the headache of fighting w/ dumbasses who blew their motor cuz they put the wrong gas in. so, just in case they DO, they make sure that even on shitty gas, the car doesnt blow up… anyway, point is, there’s a difference an OEM car that has a 3,4,5,10yr warranty vs a hot rod dsm/honda/turbolsx/etc where ppl will tend to push the envelope more… ---
