# Good small biz. accountant?

Looking for a good small biz. accountant, anyone have recommendations? Mine passed away!

i can help.

create phony vendor  
create phony purchase order  
recieve phony goods  
pay invoice to phony vendor  
reissue check with my name on it instead of vendor  
delete information from system

do i sound qualified? 🙂

lol goods… or widgets?! always fucking widgets man… always widgets.

scamming small businesses is so easy, especially considering they are never public companies, never iso, never sox compliant. never enough staffing, so there never are appropriate checks/balances… it’s ridic. they’ll fail audits all the time, but it won’t matter as the invoices get paid, checks get signed and work continues. almost all small businesses are cash flow oriented, it’s so stupid. :tup:

There can still be ample controls with insufficient staffing. They won’t fail audits due to compensating controls. 😃

Widgets are very important raw materials. Think about them this way… AAA would be out of business if it weren’t for a massive DSM and Ford base in the USA, as would accounting firms without said widgets.
