First they buy Groupon for 6 billion and now an entire block in Chelsea NY for 1.8 billion… must be nice.

They haven’t bought Groupon yet though. Groupon turned down the 5.3 billion dollar offer.

The building in Chelsea is 3,000,000 square feet… thats approximately $600/sf. DAMN, great deal!
