Lol, lifting heavy weights wont get you kicked out of PF, at least not the one in Delmar. Is that where you were? It’s been a couple years but I used to lift there and they never said a single thing to me with 400+ on the bar and more than that on the squat rack. Now, if people are yelling and generally acting like douches, that’s a different story. I was always to myself and quiet. Not trying to be a dick, but most places don’t give a shit how much weight you lift. I am pretty sure you can go to Gold’s, wherever they are now, and scream your brains out if that helps you lift and they wont give a shit one way or the other.
