So you were drifting and you got busted. Do you know how much more paperwork a cop has to do for a criminal charge?! Man up and pay your tickets, you got a HUGE break. ---

Tacoboy stfu i wasnt drifting, i live on the turn why would i drift the corner over shoot my drive way then have to turn around at the other end of the road and then go to my house. i under stand i got a break how ever why should i get a break when this is bogus. I did use my signal i always do. and if you must know the speed to i was doing about 35-40 km if you want to argue this some more feel free. i just wanted to know if the cop was able to bring this stunting thing into play later in life i dont care about the 2 other tickets thats peanuts to me im worried about getting my car impounded and my licence suspended and a fine up to 10,000 bucks for something that was an accident. ---

Yeah, i think it was wrong place, wrong time. I had a incident with my miata for yellow headlight bulbs, right by your house. Cop said it was against the law, i said amber headlights are permitted according to hta he said good lunk punk, your wrong. ahaha. ---

yes theoretically he can bring it up later iirc there is a 6 month time limit to charge someone with an HTA offence via summons ---

yeah but they just don’t hang out a day or 2 after a ticket they are always by my house hence the reason i always go slow and drive with caution coming and going from my house. ---

If your story is 100% geniune, then fight it, cop doesn’t have shit on, he can’t arrest you for that shit either. I m pretty sure he can’t give you options as to which punishment you shoudl get either. Nor can he come back and charge you for a past offence. Fight it by urself, or get a lawyer, either way, this cop doesn’t have shit on you. ---

He can’t charge you for anything else not written on those tickets. Fight the tickets, he probably won’t show up. ---

ok so last night I went around a stupid new barrier & failure to surrend license driving expired no license plate lights ( EVEN THOUGH THEY WORK ) improper seat belt ( EVEN THOUGH IT WAS PROPER ) Failure to obey sign failed to sign ownership Obviously ill fight it all. any suggestions? i know what to do for the most part but still ---
